The purpose of the Health and Wellness Team is to provide our church members and our community with important information and valuable health and wellness resources, on achieving a healthier lifestyle that may prevent disease. Some of our objectives:

• •Attend Health Fairs and Seminars to bring information back to our church members
• •Organize a Health and Wellness Fair each October for the community
• •Have our church members get involved with the Susan G. Komen Walk each May
• •Have our church members get involved with the Diabetes Walk each September
• Promote healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle to our church members and our community

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;  you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
