Who We Are
New Love Ministries is an Elder-led church (Acts 20:17-28, 1 Peter 5:1-3, 1 Timothy 5:17, Hebrews 13:17). The Elders are responsible for the oversight of the church.
We are about relationships here. We will love you through the good, the bad, and the ugly. That is what love is about. So, don’t worry about your condition. Just stand up and take your position.

Minister Billy Ray Cummings was born in Sacramento, California to Rev. Cleo M and Roberta Cummings. Rev. Cleo M. Cummings is a well known Pastor and the Church Planter of New Testament Baptist Church of North Highlands California. Minister Billy accepted Jesus as His Savior and Lord in 1974.
